Preventing Hair Loss

It is quite a common problem now a days to have hair loss. This might be due to stress, lack of nutrients, and old age. Though this problem is alarming especially to women, be at ease because there are actually steps on how to prevent this.

One of the important things you should remember is that if you eat healthy foods, your body will also likely to be healthy, and the same goes for your hair. Your hair also needs nutrients in order for it to remain hydrated and beautiful. Eat foods that are rich in protein and take vitamins. It will surely make your hair healthier without the need to use artificial chemicals to apply on it.

The hair styles you do to your hair also lead to hair loss. Whenever possible try not to pull your hair too tight to avoid hair loss.

It is practically important to remember that the normal hair loss that you are or should be having is just 50 to 100 hair strands a day. If however you are experiencing more hair loss than the normal strands per day, it is quite advisable to consult your doctor for further knowledge about your condition. Your doctor will be able to determine whether your hair loss is due to old age, chemical reaction, and medication or might be due to an illness.
